Looks like DME is trying to hide the dirty laundry!No update on the PP, probably nothing to report. And a big legal issue. Did the McCaully group lease the land out twice? More likely someone had an option on the property that had not expired and that DME didn't catch. Probably more dilution can clear this up. Given the the McCaully group was paid $33K for the lease. I don't see them spending much moret han that to clean it up.

I think DME should get way out in front of this and put all of the information out there. Instead of tiptoeing around it.  BB
