The investment properties of the Company are separated into three operating segments: Fort McMurray Properties, Other Investment Properties, and Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties. Fort McMurray Properties includes eight properties. Other Investment Properties include two properties. Held for Sale and/or Sold Properties includes sold properties: five properties. The property portfolio of the Company consists of approximately 11 rental properties, encompassing 10 multi-unit residential properties, including the unsold condominium units at Lakewood Townhome.

Probably true about the educational requirements. Awesome way you put it.

My understanding is that there is not much that can be done until a meeting is called. What is probably the best at this stage is to organize an alternative slate similar to what Sun Valley is doing at Canagold (stock symbol is CCM) with the meeting to be held in a few days (maybe a week from now). It is getting messy over there. There is no love lost.

However, it is something like here at Lansborough. Entrenched management that has not moved the asset forward and destroyed shareholder value during the 28 years that Canadgold has been around. They are still about as far ahead as they were in year one.

It might be worth poking your head in the CCM room to see the parallels.
