aaargh, the past is in the review mirror already, but I am surprised that you would remain a shareholder if you thought the CEO was incompetent. None the less here we are in today's reality watching this shite show unfold. Like it or not, these promotional clowns like this character Jack with I think WSR have connections. These companies that write these short reports garner a strong following from time to time and can do some serious damage as we have seen with Reliq and others in the past.

If a person could speak directly to CEO Lisa, about the ongoing issues with this company, would it do any good? As many here believe she is not trust worthy and certainly lacking in transparency for sure. Has any shareholder on this board ever talked with her directly? Is she even reachable, or does everything get funneled through the IR people?

The one thing still knawing at me is why would cognizant partner with a seemingly incompetent CEO Lisa Crossely if that is the case? A company of that size has the resources and people to dig very deep and find the mud. They obviously were well aware of the lawsuit settlement and did exstensive DD before signing on right?

Last week BC gave the company a thumbs up even though he does not own the stock. Not that I hold much faith in his comments about most companies. This is still a head scracther for me, great technolgy it would seem, but why are the financials not yet living up to Lisa's hype? Why such a negative bias towards this company and why such a large short position still? Just market issues, or is there more below the surface that we peon retail investors don't see?
