It is pretty funny he bring up the race card and subsidized money that "he" will be living off for people to move into Sage Ranch.
That's a whopping $174M of subsidized housing profit Jeff is planning on taking from the American tax payers. If the system actually operates under the premise that developers are allowed to walk away with a 67% profit on government subsidized housing then the system is truly broken.
I would certainly hope the government tracks our tax dollars far better then that.
I don't remember seeing in your presentations to the City that all the housing was to be subsidized via grants and loans for "off farm labour".
Sorry I'm only quoting from your postings about the funding arrangements.
Believe me I am all for people receiving the opportunity to own their home because builders receiving a 67% profit on the homes they build is truly making it impossible for entry level financing.
There are profits available in non profit housing maybe you could be as good a citizen as you make yourself out to be and take $100M of your forecasted profits and build homes for "your" off farm labour.

I do find it is also interesting that with each diatribe by Jeff I am a different person.
I don't know who "Pigsandsheep" is but it was pretty obvious they were shorting and got caught. 
I didn't contact IROC and the TSX.
I should have but I know exactly how useless they are at major issues let alone minor ones.
