Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. Unless you are going to mock the absurdity of the F cking moron bashers, I wouldn't waste my time addressing them.

They are simply here to poison the company in the eyes of any new or prospective investors.
