It has two primary operational bases of operation, one in Ottawa, Canada and the other in Bristol, United Kingdom, covering Europe and the rest of the world.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:TEI Investment OpportunityWhile I enjoy reading the excellent commmentary From this board this post is the bottom line truth.  Not sales of 1 of these 1million plus contracts but sustained multi customer contracts per month is the only thing going to move the dial here.  It's been true since after the IPO hype in the Hinke days.  Sell lots price will go up...  and the reason everyone is still here is the company potential is a no brainer, especially now, but someone has to sell it.  The caveat is this environment will not last forever so get it done or get out of the way.
