RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:LollI can't believe I almost missed this. This is hilarious! Where did you get your accounting skills from?
Not to beat a dead horse, but again you seem clueless as to what liabilities are and how to distinguish between the different types of liabilities or the different types of "debt" held by a company. Again,
ALL companies have liabilities, it's how they grow and produce revenue. For some reason this continues to elude you.
Most of DM's liabilities was in the form of accounts payable for things like covid tests which means they made money on that. It's too bad that number wasn't bigger, because it would have resulted in more revenue. Another liability is deferred revenue, which means the company has paid for something they have yet to receive. That will also be turned into additional revenue. Taxes ($2.7 million),
loans ($30 000), lease ($97 233) and provisions and contingent ($1.9 million) make up the other liabilities.
How much of that $1.9 million is provision and how much of that is contigent? Are we looking at something that is being accounted for as a present payout or are we looking at money that is being put aside for a possible future release of funds? in otherwords, if it doesn't get used, do we add it back on to revenue?
According to their financials
DM's consolidated segment assets are listed at $45 799 733 and their
Intangible assets are listed at $33.4 million. Medi-Call is listed at $14 690 566
DM has $20+ million in the bank according to their CEO
The loan debt is $30 000 (i.e. a clean blance sheet as mentioned by the CEO)
What is your valuation for the their cybersecurity and Nexology? At the moment the company is doing work for the Canadian government on a $40 million contract.
What's the value of their AI land and expand contracts with Samsung and Lotte Group and other potential AI verticals such as Fintech, legal, etc...?
It seems to me that you're way off on your numbers according to their financial records and the CEO of the company.
With $20 million in the bank, half of DM's current market cap is in

Today he posts numbers are objectively showing stock to be undervalued.
Investorx ,the man who never get it right, what are your numbers to support your conclusion?
The marketcap has a value of 46,512 M which is in excess of book value by 18,512 in my calculations and opinion. Excess the market is giving to DM of 17512m is made up of the following calculation.
Working Capital ( cash 16 m minus Liabilities 11 m = 5 million
Investment in Medi-call 12
investment in EV 10
Miscellaneous assets 2
Total 29 million
MarketCap 46 million
Difference 17512
Investorx- The man who always makes incorrect views and valuations, where specically do you feel market has undervalued DM..
Comeon investorx , i wait for your reasons why market cap is wrong.
