BC alone is experiencing a reduction in sales of legal cannabis. Will BC start improving the industry's conditions now that the Premier is on his way out? Could mean less taxes on vapes (highest in the country), making a huge difference for Nextleaf. The obvious way to improve public safety and fight black market.

A reduction or elimination of the BC tax on vapes could take place anytime (not a big thing to put in place) and would likely be low-key (not to open the whole debate again). The BC tax is clearly a sitting duck once the federal Cannabis Table starts looking for improvements to the industry.
