Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

86.7% IHC holders voted YES to complete IHC acquisition

Overwhelming support seems to be an understatement with recent news that 86.7% of Imperial Helium shareholders voted YES to complete the acquisition transaction. With this news, RHC will acquire IHC providing existing IHC shareholders 0.614 shares of RHC for each IHC share held. This acquisition will see RHC gain IHC assets including the Steveville project - a near commercialized and proven low risk helium asset on a sizable (24,635 ha) land base.
