RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Puck you Joe.Pokin, you must be one of those people I spoke of who knows nothing about radioactivity. if all out nuclear war breaks out there is no such thing as a safe location. Just because your not near a detonation site don't mean your safe. Ground, food, water, and air world wide will be highly contaminated for hundreds of years. The only non contaminated food and water you'll have is the stuff that's in the shelter. Once that runs out you'll have to eat and drink radioactive water and food. Trust me you don't want to survive the initial blast. If you do it will be either a long slow painful death as your internal organs eventually shut down or a quick and painful death as your internal organs shut down. Better to just be vaporized in a millisecond and it be over with.
