Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:86.7% IHC holders voted YES to complete IHC acquisitionI'm feeling quite optimistic about Royal Helium ($RHC.v $RHCCF) following the overwhelming approval from IHC's shareholders!

The addition of IHC and its Steveville and Steveville East assets to RHC's portfolio is highly opportunistic for RHC. Plus, with $RHC accelerating IHC's two wells and RHC's Climax wells to production asap to capitalize on the current spike in the prices for helium, this is likely be a significant inflection point for the stock & many investors.
