Go back and search for some posts on the same subject. I think just the 20% carried interest is worth 4-5$ / sh @ 85$ / Au oz during the take over. On top add the treaty creek NSR... The price right now reflect the sentiment on the sector which is on the opposite of where it was in Aug 2020. Aug 2020 2.0 is coming. It's taking longer than most were expecting but it will happen in the next few months. Congrats on your buying!
