Hi Calgary,

I think it's a troll pseudonym for a burnt MJ small cap investor.

As you know the Canadian convert market is very inefficient. A small cap MJ company had crazy yields on a convert during the pandemic and I took the plunge. (Home deliveries to a bunch of CERB recipients flush with cash in lockdown seemed compelling for a couple of months!). It became apparent the company was doomed. It took a couple of weeks to unload - the liquidity in the notes was that bad. I actually made out quite well, this is not always the case.

Pointing out the balance sheet and issues with dilution to neophyte MJ investors who obviously consume a lot of the product - made me "very popular". The projections played out, the company is swirling the drain and now the messenger is part of some great conspiracy.

I doubt David Bell is the real name. Likely someone else they are trolling.

I am sorry the board was polluted with this unfortunate individual.
