The PR came after 3 cycles!!!

What does this tell us?

I thought scans were coming after every 2 cycles. For this to be CONFIRMED response they need two scan results. Seems to me they "rushed" to get that second scan, I.e. they didn't wait for 4th cycle. Could be this has come quite recently.
