RE:TRADING ORDERS ARE SPEEDING UP ON THIS STOCK
If an individual entity or group wishes to take MDF private, it will be interesting to see if it's a friendly or hostile takeout offer. Regardless, to take MDF private, they will need to get 66.67% or more of the votes cast at a meeting of shareholders.

Funny how Takacsy is now saying one option to "unlock value" would be to

".......sell the e-commerce business, repay all debt and focus on the higher multiple e-procurement business."

....after he kept boasting about the e-commerce business for the past 1-2 years.

If memory serves, I believe I posted just that a while back on this BB.

MDF is a small company, so it's hard to accumulate the money and hire enough talented tech employees to run two large businesses. Heck, they set up an operation in Ukraine to try and recruit talent (bad break there). Thus it would be prudent in my opinion to sell one. Since e-procurement is a newer business for them and they seem to be focusing on that, the e-commerce business would appear to be the one to sell.  Takacsy is now making more sense in my view.
