Billy, don't listen to these educated guys name calling all the time. I don't know you, but I sure would not call you a dummie. Why, because that would imply that WARREN BUFFET is the dummiest of them all.

Buffet has been buying oil stock every single week (yes even this week), for months now (mostly at over $100 barrel). I have zero oil stocks (my bad), but good luck to you.............................
