Satellos Bioscience Inc. is a Canada-based biotechnology company. The Company is engaged in developing new small molecule therapeutic approaches to improve the treatment of muscle diseases and disorders. It has wholly owned subsidiaries in Australia (Satellos Bioscience Australia Pty Ltd), in Canada (Amphotericin B Technologies, Inc.) and in Delaware, USA (Satellos Bioscience US, Inc.).

Sure has been, market isn't helping right now but it really didn't seem like they were ready to go public and overestimated peoples interest in the company. Feels like its at the bottom right now but you never know. Should have sold right after the merger
