RE:my only worry about MWXRFif there is nothing then why would ETI sue?  What would they be protecting themselves against if therei is nothing? Why would Davis enter into an JV/partnership?  I've asked for photos or a video to be published and the response was the same as the update they provided " A professional video will be produced once they are commercial"
