Even worse is whoever sells a few shares half a cent below market each day driving the stock slowly but steadily toward extinction. No real need for face to face AGM as we have the same management who spent money we did not have month after month now year after year until our shares are all but useless. It may be true that you have to spend money to make money but every time D9 spends they lose even more. Management could stand up at the meeting and admit incompetence but that won't help any of us.
