Underinvestment in oil infrastructure has oil companies all over the world playing catch up.

As Alex Pourbaix says at the end of this interview:  

At these prices every barrel of oil that can be had is being sent to market.

All the drills are spinning and all the wells are pumping.

Oil supply will not be able to keep up with nevemind outpace demand for a very long time.
