No no not at all.
It would be nice, but not essential, as these items are small potatoes compared to the 
primary crushers, screens, mills.and mill pumps.

These other smaller items used for the tsilings are not that expensive and the flotation and digestive system are just steel boxes and round tanks with an electrric motor on top that spins a shaft connected to a mixing propeller at the bottom (similar to a milk shake mixer) and the pumps used are very small.
So there will be no impact on the Val project.

You mentioned "conrolling costs" and that is exactly what he does at every possible moment to reduce spending.

So, after starting my own calculations, the bottom bar of my Abacus fell off and all the little beads rolled away.
