Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). the second it gets FDA approval PMX is sold to Baxter, if not earlier.

The current SP is less than meaningless.

All that matters is asset value, and it's worth, hmm not sure, but I'll go with 9 billion for PMX...

What is that per share???
