RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:60% of the road = 270-daysI agree. Roger made some mistakes but the OSC way overreacted. It would be great if he's the one to bring this across the finish line. It will be an amazing achievement.

I became convinved of 1433's remarkable potential so I was very concerned about the strength of it's patent protection. Back then you could pick up the phone and speak to Roger anytime you desired. We had extensive conversations on Roger's extensive patent work. Not only were the patents strong, but as he put it, "worldwide" in scope. To date, they have proved to be that. There is no question TLT is Roger's baby and he has brought it from vertually nothing to an entity we hope is on the verge of achieving something absolutely remakable - a cure for some cancers with it's ACT. While it has taken others at times 100s of millions of $ to arrive at a BTD & AA possibility, Roger has done it all on a "shoestring budget". I'd say, a job well done.
