RE:RE:RE:Reward and risk
More than 2,500 permits have been issued by the National Directorate of Geology and Mines (DNGM) of Mali. Those related to gold exploration and mining are either located in the west, near the border regions, or in the south of Mali. In total, there are 14 mines in operation, out of about forty operating permits issued. Most will never make it to setting up a factory, for lack of funding or a partner.

To consider a buyout, everything must be in perfect harmony with the needs of the purchaser. Despite everything, a permit that is considered exceptional will still be in competition with those of neighboring countries such as Senegal, Guinea, Cte d'Ivoire or Burkina Faso.

Regarding the takeover of Oklo by B2gold, you have to see it as a lottery. If a $2 bill wins someone $1 million, the other bills in circulation will still be worth $2. As a result, this acquisition of B2gold does not give value to Roscan. Therefore, find a structured method to choose the right numbers. Select the companies that have the assets that have the most potential and the least risk. From this information, calculate your chances of success. Finally, have your results validated, be selective and pay as little as possible. Otherwise, you must abstain.
