Endzone: 1964= an exciting time!!

Endzone: 1964= an exciting time!!

However I didn't realize at the time- I was only 19!

Some of the trivia:
- seeing the Texas Gulf camp of 20 tents from a G2A chopper
- flying from Pamour to walk the streams to pickup silt samples
- flying at low levels in this MASH type chopper with the moose running ahead through the muskeg
- the black flies, horse flies & moose flies with 90 degree temp and long sleeves, hat etc
- on August 14 at 4pm seeing the drill leave the Windfall property
- being in a float plane after landing on a lake north of Timmins on August 15 and Windfall Oil and Gas didn't open on the TSE
- working with another young man whose father was the CEO of Anglo American = most importantly stopping the young man from walking into the spinning tail rotor of the G2A

Of course I only realized the significance of what was going on until later!

Several of the take aways:
The Timmins area has lots of interesting geology with gold mining for over100 yrs

There is not a lot of logic to the geology

Inco had flown the area and rated Kidd Creek as a third level anomaly!

A lot of people have spent a lot of time trying to find the 2nd Kidd Creek =with no luck yet!

A very exciting area with many nice people!

Dont give up the search

Rock
