RE:Dems control the House & Senate, no excuses, puff puff pass!I'd give ya a couple of thumbs up if I could. Everyday I get an e-mail from Tinley's suggesting that things are moving forward but of course that is managements job, to disseminate positive spin.
The shareprice speaks louder, sadly!
I did listen a couple of times to the 12 min interview by another team member of Tinley's and as I expected, they are making syrup sans THC for rapid expansion to other States and Countries, possibly.
That is great news to circumvent Interstate commerce that currently restricts taking the magic ingredient across State lines.
This is how the top 2 Cola guys achieved rapid expansion from the States and ultimately the world! Formulate a good recipe, make a syrup that can be produced at just about any bottler and let them add water, co2 and the thc. Consistency may vary but the taste should be similar and the IP and recipe for the syrups remains a secret.
The big drag in Canada is the testing and approval from the watchdogs and it is also a problem in Cali that Tinley's has dealt with because of their through the wall deal that rapidly tests and approves what they botte, presumably for everybody.
We can plug forward a State at a time or Biden could live up to one election promise to decriminalize marijuana from the harsh Federal category that it is currently in.
It would be a miracle if Schumers revamped bill gets signed off on. He did go to the GOP to let them voice what they want to see in the new legislation and hopefully they are tired of hashing it out and just pass the bill. 7 times for the SAFE banking bill is ridiculous but maybe it needs more input dealt with to make it a better bill that won't keep popping up. If they took all the good points from all of the runs they have tried and put that up for a vote, they could do something momentous and rare in US politics.
To me, it would look like banking, brokering and a level playing field to alcohol and access to all of the tools and rules that every other US business has access to. Interstate commerce such that these companies could have central production and ship thc skus across borders would be the cherry on top!
It is a tall order for the current pedigree of politicians but would be the best Christmas ever and would launch the great American greenrush. Their US MSOs have a good headstart and should be able to do well alongside the LPs and International players that are coming'
I am sure that those MSOs would welcome Interstate commerce and shipping to reduce costs of vertical stacking from grow to sale that they have to abide by now. Safety and consistency of skus and moneyhandlers who are running around like drug dealers with bags full of cash that has already cost a life or two and the ability to use a bank or credit card to make your marijuana purchase for consumers would be welcomed with open arms.
Tinley's would be a huge beneficiary of the triggering event for central bottling and shipping. They might even be able to supply a multistate area for maximum utility of our own facility with our own product lines.
If we get recognized by a biggie that wants us for our advanced stage of manufacture and supply in California including licenses and permits, I would be allright with a huge multiple of current shareprice to vote on.
I do want to get to vote on ownership change and what public shareholders should be entitled to.
