The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It also offers wood preservation services.

Opportunities to Increase Market Share

In 2021, West Fraser produced ~7 billion board feet of lumber which was roughly 11.6% of production in North American. Interfor has capacity of 4.9 billion board feet (8.2%). If WFG combines with IFP, their market share of the N.A. lumber industry will be almost 20% and be the clear industry leader.
