Skier, we all do and say things that we regret. That is part of life and learning. But when you tell the world, your shareholders, potential investors, etc that you have FDA and Health Canada approval on something when you haven't even applied, that is willful fraud, in my opinion. It is pretty hard to get in trouble with the OSC. We all know roger is currently violating his settlement agreement, Sharizi, Lade and others have confirmed this. I am sure everyone at TLT is more than aware of this as mandel and kristina were by roger's side when this all took place. My position is, he is getting paid as ceo, making the decisions, why jeopardize the trial, shareholders and the repuation of tlt, again...imo, he is already putting the company at risk by being the defacto ceo when it is a clear violation.
