Time for a change ?

Time for a change ? The Blue Jay's got rid of their manager and they had a winning record .  The shares of this company have done nothing for decades .  I believe at one time this was a 3 dollar a share company . now 35 cents . I owned it 20 years ago when it had way less shares and was over one dollar a share . Hard to believe it just keeps floating along as oil trades at one hundred dollars U.S. a barrel and natural gas prices are higher than in years .  The Shareholders are supposed to be the owners of this company .   Where is the shareholders return  ?   In my opinion there are too many shares outstanding . Seems like a good time for a massive share buyback  and a serious evaluation of managements capabilities .
I would call myself a frustrated Senior Citizen .
