Alternate Symbol(s):  PEYUF

Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. is a Canadian energy company involved in the development and production of natural gas, oil and natural gas liquids in Alberta's deep basin. The Alberta Deep Basin is a geologic setting situated on the northeastern front of the Rocky Mountain belt in the deepest part of the Alberta sedimentary basin. It acquired Repsol Canada Energy Partnership (Repsol Assets), which included around 23,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of low-decline production and 455,000 net acres of mineral land. The acquisition includes five operated natural gas plants with combined net natural gas processing capacity of around 400 million cubic feet per day, 2,200 kilometers (km) of operated pipelines, and a 12 MW cogeneration power plant. These assets include Edson Gas Plant and the Central Foothills Gas Gathering System. The Company has a total proved plus probable reserves of approximately 7.8 trillion cubic feet equivalent (1.3 billion barrels of oil equivalent).

RE:RE:RE:Natural Gas Futures Forge Ahead on Robust Demand

RE:RE:RE:Natural Gas Futures Forge Ahead on Robust DemandI don't use time of use, as you have to be approved for it.

Our day rates for even time of use are the same so no difference there.  Just that I think night time it is half price.

Guy down the street has time of use, and solar but he needs a special meter and seems to do better than me but I don't really think they know what is going on.  Some people never tell you the truth.

You need a special system changed if you put electricity back into your house from a generator or battery.

I have no idea exactly how well I am doing, or using etc because if I am using say 2kwh right now but generating 9kwh, 2 of that 9 gets used and 7 goes to the grid.  But is netted out each day at a time, no idea how.  Each month if I overproduce the meter shows backwards to the left, but I get a credit number on my bill which then gets used up in Dec Jan etc until it is zero and then all I get is what is generated in the dark months, very little.

We use a combination of pellets and Heat pump (electric) mostly above minus 5C, lower use the pellets, but also have electric instant hot water (very expensive).

These days there are so many devices in your home, several computers, laptops, water heater, 24 hour a day air exchanger, AC, oven, washer and dryer, several TV's it is hard to keep usage down.

Regarding solar I did a lot of research and kept track heavily for the first year.  They can actually reduce temps during day in a house, not too noticeable to us as we use AC heat pumps a lot, cheap and have R70 in the attic.

Yes they should help reduce wear on the shingles but don't cover the whole roof on three sides that I have the panels on.

If I had known I would never have bought the 7 on the back side and only put  on 28 panels as they will never pay for themselves as they are half or less than the others.

Three years and I have replaced 11 optimizers with 3 more to replace.
