just on the news of a new CEO, oil up $4+ this morning and over hundred again, and now Elliot's recommendation being put into action - how does all these positive catalysts still make this stock not even trade anywhere near all the other oil and Gaz names that are popping  5%+ this morning?

i mean when we first heard about Elliots recommendation and push, the market pushed this 10%+, and here we are with all the above positive catalysts and we are barely holding 3% gain this morning ?!
