Did you know...
JL Vincent and Ronco feel strongly that RCT for an elusive & complex affliction like Sepsis should not have a 28-day mortality endpoint, given homogenous populations and the difficultiing in running a successful trial...this has been a vexxing problem for decades.....but Spectral might just be on the verge of proving their case anyway, even with this, the strictest of all FDA criteria - using precision medicine !
