Until we have an actual mining licence in hand we don't have anything that investors see as value. Not too mention, I'm not sure if anyone will be overly interested in a 16 year mine life. Traditionally, big guys only look at mines a with a 30 to 35 year mine life. I know we are open in 2 directions but, there is no value there right now, only speculation.

EV shareholders will only see a rise when a boron mine is approved / mining license . Then the offtake agreements, maybe a sale of the property or a nice dividend promise will push the share value up . The nice thing about all this prospect is that it should be ready in 3 to 4 years. Till then we wait .
Per the MMG Capital Equity Research report on Erin Ventures, we have plenty of
present value (
not currently reflected in the share price) and even more
potential future value.
What we don't have is a NEW audience of prospective investors.
The company will also be changing its name in the not too distant future which should narrow the internet search results to the most recent and compelling data about our little hidden gem.
The mining license will remove the 50% discount (i.e. project risk) that was applied by the MMG Capital analyst in the Equity Research report.
Without the mining license, the MMG Capital Equity Research report gave Erin Ventures a
present value of $0.79/share or 10 times our current share value.
In addition, the MMG Capital analyst expects Erin Ventures to apply for the mining license in H1 2023 with the mine construction expected to begin in 2024.
Presumably, they would not begin mine construction without the mining license (i.e. mining license no later than 2024).
As for big guys only looking at mines with a 30 to 35 year mine life, a 70% net operating margin on a 16 year $2 billion mining operation with the potential for much more boron in the rest of the Jarandol basin would attract any big miner.
I don't expect to wait 3 - 4 years for a substantial return on my investment.
Erin Ventures appears to be following a similar game plan as 5E Advanced Materials (formerly known as American Pacific Borates).
Cheers,
