Sorry, a $1.50 is about a 50% penalty not premium. Remember, SBB was around $2.80 USD earlier last year.

Any potential suitor which thinks most shareholders don't have a memory that lasts longer than 12 months should think twice!!

If you don't have at least a 3-5 year investment horizon, you have NO BUSINESS being in SBB.
