Rumour out that the White House will likely be issuing an "Emergency Declaration" on Climate Change
this week. What foolhardy thing might that bring?

Biden keeps uttering that climate change is an "existential threat" so I guess he is going to do an executive order to "save the world"!

I just hate to admit he is almost as old as me and keeps doing these stupid things -- but then other people say he is not calling the shots at all -- it's someone behind the curtain.
