These are all very reasonable and important questions.

Tin, I'm aware of the location of the plant. Lubule is relatively close to Manomo. It's about 150 to 200 kms south east of Manono. Close to some formery held rebel territory. Thanks for clearing up something I did not ask you. 

The fact is now you are clearing up things. Posthumously. You should have done that when the pumpers were taking things off the raills. And your web site contained information that was not reflective of the reality which is clear to all.
