why buy sounds like most of management just received shares in the deal (4 month hold period). yeah it cost them a little more than what they could have bought them for @17 cents. but management knows the stock will be trading higher than that in 4 months time otherwise they would not have done the deal they will be rewarded. also in 4 months time Q3 will be do out the #'s should be good. that is why i don't know why retail is not loading up at this level.
