I do believe that we are once again in silly season, in the midst of warm weather and elections due in November. A hurricane or two will drive the point home politically, but may have another much more dire effect if a refinery or two is knocked out.
Perhaps these politicians should be talking about what steps they are taking to shore up energy reliability rather than blathering about how they are going to put everyone in very bad circumstances !!
