The bashers and doubters are giving Peter grief for FINALLY selling some shares of a company that he has basically created AND supported financially for many years with his own money all while never taking ANY money out!! Until recently.
Peter is NOT responsible for the dire markets we are in for speculative stocks, nor the war in Ukarine, interest rate hikes, major inflation, etc etc. He is a guy in his late 60's whom has children and probably has a LOT of nice things he wants to do with his well-deserved profits after 22 years of sweat, grind, risk and headaches and stress that are unimaginable to me!! He has his own financial responsibilites and pressures and needs to plan accordingly and gave us all fair warning he would be selling exactly how many shares and that was way back in March when the sp was higher.
Sure perhaps his selling helped drive the price down somewhat and ,to those that don't know the story, scared into selling because the CEO was "dumping" but give the guy a break and put things into perspective!! The amount he has sold is a small pittance to what he still owns!!! I guess Cathie Wood isn't scared enough not to add more. think about that, or perhaps just panic and sell.....
I couldn't agree more with E about Peter's phllanthropy and generosity as proven by just one example when he donated $100k of his OWN money for PPE for hospital workers in the middle of the pandemic and that was when the sp was still only in the $1-2 range!
If any of you have met Peter in person you would know instantly that he is a genuine, straight-shooting and kind man. More importanly his emplyees think the wolrd of himi from the receptionist to engineers! MANY of his emplyees have been with him from the start of their careers and for me this is the sign of a GREAT manager that has treated his employees well resultinig in loyal ong-term talent. Personally, this is the kind of company I like to invest in and one that breeds success IMHO
I have been with pyro for eight years and have stomached the big highs ($!12) and big lows ($.17!!!!!!!!!) back in Mar 2020 and have made a lot of money from this sp. I still hold a very large position and am curretnly well underwater but am personally not worried about Peter delivering and not sellilng a share at a loss (not advice) but just giving my opinion about to those that are nervous from my experience here. Again just an opinion.
For those that are new there are plenty of very informed posters here including E., developBC, CGOT and even Uncleron (minus the repetitve ridiculous sp projections) so please read and consider these posts . Dustmite, despite riaising the occasional valid concern clearly has some alternative agenda giiven the BAZILLION posts daily, ALL negative.
Given the times we are in the sp MIGHT go lower but I will personally bet within 1-2 years we will be back where we were above $10 or who knows?? Just waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many things going on.
