RE:RE:RE:RE:No insiders buying

RE:RE:RE:RE:No insiders buyingI too would like to know the source of the information on the company's current cash position and the date same was disseminated.

With lower Q2 revenues expected and acknowledged by management, payment of quarterly finance costs of about $1.1M (including interest on the Sundial loan), capital expenditures and the normal quarterly cash burn, it is hard to believe that a debt or equity financing is not being considered in the near future.

As per Item 3. Going Concern in the most recent Q1 Financial Statements (see link below):

"The Company expects it will need to raise additional financing in the form of debt and/or equity in order to fund continuing operations, loan payable and convertible debenture repayments, and capital expenditures. Even if the Company has been successful in raising funds in the past, there is no assurance that it will manage to obtain financing in the future."

I'll ask again since you didn't answer the last time. Who told you this and you say "since then" meaning when did they tell you this? Also, I believe insiders would be in a blackout period between quarter ending and releasing financials. Not that that's any excuse for the period before July 1st, but given the share price performance since then that just makes them good investors ;-)
