Is the 16% drop warranted?  Probably not. What would you pay for a company that consistently fails to deliver? If the next quaterly results were going to be good probably management would have waited to do a equity raise at a higher price.. Since they did it now tells me the results are not good. I would not be surprised to see it hit a new low. Just my take being a frustrated investor who has lost a lot of money on this investment. Probably most of us are.
