RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Look at powerful people behind RochThe cash offer is up 1,000% from when the first tender offer was made in Germany  in April 2021.  Or some uch like that.    The current BOD and managment own effectively about zero shares.  Who says that most of the people involved here have not sold their paper already? 

Nobody who is serious to own the company and the teck would offer 500% or 1000% more than where the shares were trading for.......but that is what happend in Germany in 2021............with some fly by night investment banker and an offer in Europe?     For a company incorporated in US and traded on TSX and OTC?    Anyone can not possibly think that was a legit effort to "buy" this company.
