There is zero chance of class against hpq as there in no assets and no lawyer will touch it as they won't have a prize. Within ten minutes of filing HPQ will cease operations and pyr will repossess all the tech and then flip to a newco. They have been doing this for decades. Bernie can't be nailed personallyn because he's been sort of "honest ' about timelines unless you can prove he's one of the pumpers or paying the pumpers The bar to pierce the corporate veil is extremely high
Nasdaq investors should file complaints to SEC and Nasdaq and look at contingency lawyers in US.
These games they are playing work in Canada and they're used to the wild west of Alberta Fraud Exchange.
As long as PYR doesn't threaten someone then can get away with almost anything.
The US is incredibly stricter both through civil action and enforcement compared to Canada. osc will do nothing until SEC moves . Remember Conrad black was charged in America for violating Ontario Court orders. Not only did Canada not charge him they gave him a ******* pardon afterwards.
Shareholders actually have rights in the united states .
None of the shorters like hindenburg research will waste time as its a penny stock at a two year low .
For Canada PYR has house counsel so they will bury you in paper and perjury or non disclosure is never persecuted in Canada. The Law Society won't touch the lawyers for anything they do and there's no such thing as white collar crime in Canada .
Additionally it is Quebec and OSC which you can literally murder a geologist to hide a multibillion fraud and never be charged (side note it wasn't guzmans body).
the problem with the SEC is that they're overloaded so effectively look for contingency lawyer if you are American. Don't even dream of paying a lawyer more than $1.
Here is the link for SEC complaints. You don't have to be American. As long as you understand you can't just say I don't like the way the stock's going. Deal with specifics but don't be shocked if they don't get back to you.
free advice worth every penny you paid.
