WB. There was a deal a few years back and the guy wanted to set up a system land based on an island say in the Bahamas and the ships would come in to dump their waste and move on I still think that could happen but apparently the group trying to do it didn't keep up their end and lost their million dollar deposit to Pyro but never say never
