Thank you for this synopsis. Very helpful.

they raised money last year at 90c with 1/2 warrant at a depressed level versus share price.

Who are the big shareholders? I doubt Zorbas own much stock (but gives Himself options and warrants).

Doesnt Sol Global own 15%?

why pay special dividend and not just buy back shares?

are there not other assets within Captor holding company? Where are those old mining assets?

Share buyback on paper that is worthless is not prudent. Also any dividend will come after debts, lease obligations and payables are settled. Not much will be left after that.

SOL owns 15% and must have been high on weed taking part in the PP last year. Many people got sucked in at the beginning of the weed bubble including investment funds from Alberta. Who knows who's still left in this dumpster fire. SOL has their own questionable charchters in management. "Birds of a feather flock together"

The mining assets are worthless. Didn't take Zorba too long **** this one up to. Everything he has been associated with has essentially gone to zero with years of halts in between. This should tell you all you need to know about this next 'flavour of the month' transaction.
