This post, "explaing" or more aptly "justifying" his employment is an utter disgrace.
It points to serious problems of corporate governace and that responsibilty falls squarely on the shoulders of Suresh the CEO.

If they felt compelled to make such a statement regarding the CFO, the CEO is the one to have made it. Sadly, once again they misfire and add to the growing trust issue that the market has with this management.
