Yup...as LT suggests, VMD is ammune to rising costs and so are their employees.A 5% raise should do, after prices rose 20% the last few years. 9% as last reported so far this year. Why would their employees ever want a raise with run away inflation. LT makes perfect sense. VMD is ammune. HAHA
