Energy Oil & Gas Midstream

Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. The Company operates through five business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission and Midstream, Gas Distribution and Storage, Renewable Power Generation, and Energy Services. Liquids Pipelines consists of pipelines and terminals in Canada and the United States that transport and export various grades of crude oil and other liquid hydrocarbons. Gas Transmission and Midstream consists of its investments in natural gas pipelines and gathering and processing facilities in Canada and the United States. Gas Distribution and Storage consists of its natural gas utility operations. Renewable Power Generation consists of investments in wind and solar assets, geothermal, waste heat recovery, and transmission assets. Energy Services provides physical commodity marketing, logistics services, and energy marketing services. The Company owns Aitken Creek Gas Storage facility and Aitken Creek North Gas Storage facility.

It was also my understanding that support levels are generally previous resistance levels and vice-versa so I am not sure why theirs do not line up.

I tend to use marketscreener these days as their chart offers a great visual interpretation of the data available.

A click on the fullscreen chart tab will give a nice picture of green line support levels and red line resistance levels with the thickness of the lines denoting the strength or weakness. They also post in trend lines in blue which I find very handy. It defaults to a daily chart but if you click to the weekly it gives you a longer outlook.

On their chart it is showing ENB in a nice uptrend and for those interested in swing trading the stock it has been bouncing between the upper and lower trend tines since last November. This may give you a better idea of when to trade in and out or for investors like me just some peace of mind that the bottom is not falling out and the upward trend is continuing. I am sure that some of you pros have better tools at your disposal but this is the best and easiest I have found so far. Be aware that paywalls do go up after extended use but I find I can get quite a few stocks looked at per day before that happens and it resets every day.
