It has been over a year since the Blueberry River FN decision and other than the permits allowed in the October agreement there have been very few permits for development granted. If there is some material disturbance, then permits have been put on hold. This means no new roads, seismic lines, new drill pads etc. Every company with land in BC is waiting to find out what the new rules and framework for permitting will be. Hard to value or sell land if the buyer is unsure of what he is buying and you're not sure what you're selling. CR, TOU, ARX, CNQ, CEI, VET, OV etc. are all affected. Once there is some clarity we should see prices improve and development ramp up.
