RE:RE:RE:RE:Good times ahead

RE:RE:RE:RE:Good times aheadI'm not impressed with Big Pharmas. Their primary function always is "Profits", at any cost. There is a tendency to forget that they are in a business and are not some group of benevolent organizations.

If there were some discovery for a deadly disease that was readily obtainable in the natural world and was available to everyone who required it then the big boys would do their best to make it disappear.

They spend a far greater percentage of their financials on advertising than on research. There modus is, let the small biotechs do the hard work then they move in if the product is viable and profitable.

Following the "Violation Tracker" for pharmaceaticals.
, https://violationtracker.goodjobsfirst.org/industry/pharmaceuticals   . can leave a bad taste in the mouth.

When caught, it's the old story, if the penalty is less than the profit gained, so be it.
Company Personhood, is the crime, the company pays, the perpetrators ie senior management get salary increases.

And so it goes.  Of course: Heaven forbid, I could be wrong. :-)
